In 2005, a small group of experienced IT managers and engineers lead by Jason Peay established VersaTech INC. VersaTech is certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration as a Small Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (8a) offering services under a wide range of IT-related North American Industry Codes (NAICs).

VersaTech’s objective is to provide superior information technology engineering and management services primarily to state and federal government customers. Mr. Peay believed that the new company would obtain competitive advantage through emphasis of three principals: 1) Customer focus; 2) Maintaining low overhead costs; 3) Using a high proportion of revenues to attract and retain the best available professionals. Mr. Peay’s business philosophy has been validated by dramatic growth in VersaTech revenues since the company’s founding.
